Seminar on ‘How to Deal with Exam Fear’ by Resource Person Mrs.UmaKulkarni was held on February 5th, 2015.
It is normal and helpful to be a little nervous during an exam. But when you are so worried that it interferes with concentration, and then it is time to do something about it.
An obvious first step would be to find ways to relax both before and during the exam. You don't want to be too relaxed, of course. Ideally you want your mind to be highly focused but not overly tense.
